Virginia USBC 2021 Amendment 11 (IRC R303.10.1)Description
Every dwelling unit or portion thereof which is to be rented, leased or let on terms either expressed or implied to furnish heat to the occupants shall be provided with facilities in accordance with Section R303.10 during the period from October 15 to May 1.
