Public and common use areas (lobbies, mailrooms, laundry rooms, recreation rooms, parking, pools, etc.) must be readily accessible to and usable by people with disabilities. This includes accessible route, accessible parking, and ANSI A117.1 / UFAS compliance for fixtures and controls.

Multifamily-only requirement; single-family analog is the front-yard / driveway design.
